º. Modificar el artículo 31 del Acuerdo número 91 de 1983 aprobado por el Decreto número 3128 de 1983 relacionado con la contratación administrativa, el cual quedará así: Artículo 31. Las reglas y principios que rigen los contratos de la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social serán los establecidos en la Ley 80 de 1993, los decretos que la reglamenten y demás normas que la adicionen, modifiquen o deroguen total o parcialmente.
