Artículo único. Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para que mientras se expide la ley orgánica del Crédito público, aplique el producido neto de las Salinas de Cundinamarca y el cincuenta por ciento del mismo producto de las Aduanas del Atlántico y de Cúenta á los más urgentes gastos del servicio público.
