Artículo segundo. Adiciónase el artículo 1º del Decreto 2059 de 1981 con el siguiente

Parágrafo

Parágrafo 5

Las sociedades que a partir del 31 de diciembre de 1980 hubieren registrado activos iguales o superiores a $ 150.000.000 y las que con posterioridad registren la suma determinante de la causal de sometimiento a la inspección y vigilancia continuarán sometidas al control de la Superintendencia, así se reduzcan sus activos.
