Modificar el literal a) del numeral 2 del Artículo 2.1.1.2.11 del Decreto 1821 de 2020, el cual quedará así: a) Para el caso de las Asignaciones Directas, serán objeto de distribución los municipios y departamentos, para lo cual deberá estar plenamente identificado el monto de las regalías causadas con su respectiva ubicación debidamente determinada y georreferenciada, y que hagan parte del plan de recursos en el año en el que se presentó la caída del ingreso.
