DEL DEBER DE DAR INFORMACION. Los laboratorios que utilicen en producción de droga, medicamentos o sustancias que producen dependencia, rendirán informes periódicos al Fondo Nacional de Estupefacientes del Ministerio de Salud, con los datos sobre materias primas y precursores recibidos, medicamentos fabricados y ventas realizadas, conforme a la reglamentación que expida dicho Ministerio.
