Con los recursos del portafolio de la Dirección General Marítima (Dimar) se podrán financiar inversiones hasta por la suma de $30 mil millones, en el sector de Defensa durante la vigencia fiscal 2017. La Dimar transferirá estos recursos al Tesoro Nacional y hará los ajustes contables a que haya lugar.
