La sanción para los infractores de que trata el numeral 13 del artículo 41 de la Ley, no podrá exceder de $10.00 por la primera vez, ni de $50.00 en los casos de reincidencia.
Corresponde conocer de esta infracción al Comandante del Distrito quien sancionará mediante providencia fundamentada.
