° La Administración Postal Nacional continuará pagando, en substitución de viáticos, la prima de movilización de que trata el literal h) del artículo 10 del Decreto-ley 2140 de 1976. Su cuantía se fija, a partir del 1° de marzo de 1979 en $ 4.000 mensuales.
