Para los fines de la presente ley, el Gobierno y las entidades anteriormente mencionadas podrá celebrar con el Instituto de Investigaciones tecnológicas u otras entidades similares los convenios o contratos que fueren del caso, con el objeto de hacer los estudios e investigaciones necesarias para el mejor aprovechamiento de la guayaba, como también sus posibilidades de exportación.
