OBLIGATORIEDAD DE LOS PERMISOS CON FINES DEL SEGURO SOCIAL. El patrono que no conceda los permisos que requiera el trabajador para efectos de las citas y tratamientos médicos, será sancionado por cada vez, con una multa de uno (1) a cinco (5) salarios mínimos mensuales, sin exceder de trescientos mil pesos ($300.000).
