Sin perjuicio de la garantía de seriedad de las ofertas de compra que el Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras exigirá al momento de presentación de las mismas, cuando las acciones se ofrezcan a través de bolsa de valores, las sociedades comisionistas de bolsa responderán ante el Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras y ante la Bolsa por la seriedad y el cumplimiento de las ofertas de compra que se presenten conforme a lo previsto en el presente decreto, así como por la veracidad de las declaraciones de sus comitentes.
