Artículo primero. Modifícanse los artículos tercero y doce del Decreto 128 de enero 24 de 1973, en el sentido que la fecha de emisión de los Bonos de Desarrollo Económico Clase "B"-Emisión de 1973 y de los Certificados Provisionales que ellos se expidan será el 25 de enero de 1973.
