Producción· de oxigeno medicinal. Los establecimientos fabricantes de oxígeno, ubicados en el territorio nacional que cuenten con autorización vigente otorgada por el INVIMA para la producción de oxígeno medicinal, así como, distribuidores y comercializadores, previa solicitud del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, destinarán y priorizarán, en los términos que este Ministerio indique, sus reservas, inventarios y capacidad de producción de oxígeno a la elaboración y suministro del medicamento, con el fin de cubrir la demanda que se presente en el país para atender dicha emergencia.
