Sin perjuicio de lo establecido en el Decreto 129 de 1976, las empresas que, dentro del territorio nacional, fe dediquen a la producción o a la distribución de producciones cinematográficas, deberán registrarse como tales en la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, de acuerdo con la reglamentación que sobre el particular expida dicha entidad.
