º El artículo 1º del Decreto 191 de 1994 quedará así: «A partir del día 23 de enero de 1994 y hasta el 13 de febrero del mismo año, ordénase el toque de queda y la restricción del expendio de bebidas alcohólicas en los Municipios de Apartadó, Chigorodó, Turbo y Carepa en el Departamento de Antioquia, desde las veintidós horas (22:00:00) de cada día hasta las cuatro horas (04:00:00) del día siguiente».
