Articulo 17. Cuando un enfermo padezca de una enfermedad crónica o una lesión incurable que no justifique su permanencia en el hospital el Jefe de éste debe solicitar la baja a la Dirección del Servicio de Sanidad, acompañada de una historia clínica, suscrita también por otro médico militar.
