amends decreto 1344/70

El artículo 175 del Decreto-ley 1344 de 1970, quedará así:

Artículo 175. El tránsito de los vehículos de enseñanza sin los distintivos reglamentarios, será sancionado con multa equivalente al valor de diez (10) salarios mínimos, a cargo de la respectiva escuela de conducción.
