En dichos contratos se estipulará que las concesiones legales y efectivas que se otorgan á los Bancos o Secciones hipotecarias no podrán ser variadas durante el plazo de la concesión por ninguna entidad del Gobierno, y en caso de que lo fueren, la entidad bancaria lesionada tendrá derecho á una indemnización equivalente á la mitad del respectivo capital.
