Ley 72 de 1917 · Que reforma y adiciona las Leyes 71 de 1915 y 80 de 1916, sobre pensiones y recompensas

los miembros de familia de los Oficiales que fallezcan en acción de guerra o en actos del servicio militar, y siempre que sus causantes tuvieren derecho a pensión por encontrarse alguno de los casos que determinan las leyes, tendrán derecho a la pensión en el orden siguiente:

1° Las viudas.

2° Los hijos legítimos menores de edad; y

3° Los padres ancianos en estado de pobreza.

Parágrafo

La pensión será distribuida a prorrata entre los herederos que precisa este artículo, y no será acumulable, según el artículo 3 de la ley 80 de 1916 .
