La diligencia de remate debe pasar a la mesa del Ministro al día siguiente, si aquel se verificó en la capital de la República, y si se hizo en lugar distinto, la diligencia debe remitírsele, para su aprobación o improbación por el correo que inmediatamente siga, o por telégrafo, si hubiere urgencia.
