Levantamiento de cadáveres. En la diligencia de levantamiento del cadáver se observarán las reglas previstas en l os dos artículos anteriores y se identificará la presunta víctima por cualquiera de los medios legales. Se ordenará la necropsia y las pruebas técnicas necesarias para establecer las causas de la muerte. Con tal fin, el funcionario entregará el cadáver al perito médico en las mismas condiciones en que lo halle.
