º El personal al servicio del Ministerio de Comunicaciones en las Oficinas Telegráficas Mixtas y Telefónicas, tendrá derecho a percibir la Prima de Navidad establecida en la Ley, 54 de 1960, sin perjuicio de la Prima Anual que por razón de recargo de trabajo durante el mes de diciembre se les reconoce de conformidad con el Decreto 2665 de 1953.
