Artículo cuarto. El Departamento Nacional de Provisiones adquirirá los materiales y elementos que solicite el Ministerio de Agricultura y Comercio para las Intendencias y Comisarías con el fondo rotativo de que dispone y las cuentas de cobro que formule serán cubiertas por el Tesorero General de la República, como parte de los traspasos que deba hacer para el pago del auxilio mensual al territorio respectivo.
