La presente ley rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y promulgación y deroga o modifica las disposiciones que le sean contrarias.

Parágrafo 1

Los beneficios de progresividad de que tratan el artículo 5° y 7° de la presente ley tendrán vigencia hasta el 31 de diciembre del año dos mil catorce (2014).

Parágrafo 2

Registro Comité Paritario de Salud Ocupacional. Suprímase el literal f) del artículo 21 del Decreto-ley 1295 de 1994.

Parágrafo 3

Derogatorias del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo. Deróguese las siguientes disposiciones y artículos del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo: 72, 74, 75, 90, 91, 92, 93, 116, 117, 118, 120, 121, 122, 123, 124 y 125.

Parágrafo 4

En lo que hace a los artículos 5° y 7° de la presente ley, el Gobierno Nacional reglamentará su implementación dentro de los dos (2) meses siguientes a la publicación de la presente ley.
