Si hubiere oposición, y la causa de esta fuere capaz de impedir la celebración del matrimonio, el juez dispondrá que en el término siguiente, de ocho días, los interesados presenten las pruebas de la oposición; concluidos los cuales, señalará día para la celebración del juicio, y citadas las partes, se resolverá la oposición dentro de tres días después de haberse practicado esta diligencia.
