Cuando la ley exija la inscripción de un documento en un registro público, la copia que se aduzca como prueba deberá llevar la nota de haberse efectuado aquella o certificación anexa sobre la misma. Si no existiere dicha inscripción la copia solo producirá efectos probatorios entre los otorgantes y sus causahabientes.
