En las plantas o establecimientos en donde se reciba leche para enfriamiento, proceso de higienización u otro, deberá disponerse de sistema mecánico para el lavado de cantinas, localizado en lugar adyacente a la plataforma de recepción y aislado de las áreas de higienización.
