Articulo 75. De las otras licencias. Los funcionarios del Sistema Nacional de Salud tendrán derecho a licencias remuneradas por enfermedad y por maternidad. Estas licencias se rigen por el régimen legal de prestaciones sociales y son computables como tiempo de 1 servicio y serán concedidas por el Jefe del organismo o entidad o por quienes reciban tal competencia, con base en el certificado expedido por el organismo de previsión al cual se encuentre afiliada la entidad.
