Art. 1.° En lo sucesivo para que sean admisibles las propuestas que se presenten en los remates de Pagarés del Tesoro por documentos de deuda interior, es preciso que el proponente ofrezca como dote una suma en dinero igual al ochenta i cinco por ciento del valor efectivo de la respectiva oferta. Este valor i el del dote se cubrirán en Pagarés del Tesoro por su valor nominal.
