Si el lugar en que se cometió el delito fuere desconocido, o si se tratare de un delito cometido en el Extranjero, o en lugares distintos, prevendrá en el conocimiento el Juez competente por la naturaleza del hecho del lugar en que primero se formule el denuncio, o en que primero se inicie la instrucción, y, en igualdad de circunstancias, el del lugar en que primero se haya aprehendido al inculpado.
