La aplicación de los recursos según lo previsto en el presente decreto, deberá reflejarse en la contabilidad de las entidades territoriales y en sus presupuestos, de acuerdo con los procedimientos definidos en las normas vigentes, de lo cual, se deberá informar al Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social.
