Articulo 63. Las sucursales o agencias serán manejadas por un Gerente o Director respectivamente, y tendrán los demás empleados que para cada una de ellas determine la Junta Directiva; además, deberán tener una Junta consultiva o asesora, según el caso, nombrada por la Junta Directiva de la Caja.
