ARTICULO 3.6.2.3.- FACULTADES DE LA SUPERINTENDENCIA DE VALORES. La Superintendencia de Valores podrá, cuando las necesidades del mercado lo aconsejen, exigir que las inversiones que realicen los fondos, se dirijan hacia determinados sectores de la actividad económica y fijar los porcentajes de dichas inversiones. Además, prohibirá a las sociedades administradoras de inversión la realización de prácticas inconvenientes o inseguras. CAPITULO III DE SU FUNCIONAMIENTO
