Dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la fecha de la notificación de la providencia que ponga fin al juicio ejecutivo, podrá pedirse la revisión de éste ante la Jurisdicción Contencioso- Administrativa, para lo cual se seguirán las reglas dadas en la Ley 167 de 1941, y se seguirá el procedimiento ordinario allí contemplado. Si la cuantía de la ejecución fuere inferior a veinte mil pesos ($ 20.000.00), conocerá en única instancia el Tribunal Administrativo correspondiente. Si fuere superior, éste conocerá en primera instancia, y la apelación se surtirá ante el Consejo de Estado, Sala de Negocios Generales.
