ARTICULO 3o. La Escuela Superior de Administración Pública -ESAP- deberá someter a consideración del Gobierno Nacional, en el término de 60 días a partir de la vigencia del presente decreto, la planta de personal docente de que trata el artículo 59 del Decreto-ley 80 de 1980, sin exceder el monto de la apropiación prevista por servicios personales en el presupuesto general de la Nación, correspondiente a la actual vigencia.
