Incorpórase a la Ley el siguiente artículo nuevo:
Artículo 61 bis. Cuando el Instituto decida no adquirir un predio o parte de él respecto del cual se hayan iniciado las diligencias de adquisición, y pongan fin al procedimiento respectivo, el propietario tendrá derecho a la celebración de un contrato de los previstos en el artículo 110 bis, en las condiciones allí establecidas.
