De la vacancia de los integrantes . Cuando no exista en el municipio o departamento la posibilidad de nombrar el representante de una entidad, institución o agremiación consagrada en el presente Decreto, se dejará vacante el cargo hasta tanto se pueda nombrar. Dicha vacancia será informada al Sistema de Información de la Red de Comités de Salud Ocupacional.
