A la muerte de un Oficial en goce de la pensión de que trata el artículo 43 de este Decreto, sus parientes, en el orden y proporción establecidos en el artículo 49, tienen derecho a que el Tesoro Público les pague, por una sola vez una cantidad igual a multiplicar el valor de esa pensión por 24.
