Article 7

Ley 39 de 1975 · por la cual se crean el Instituto Politécnico de Sucre y el Instituto Politécnico de Cundinamarca con sede en Choachí, se establece su naturaleza jurídica, y su función educativa, se determina su organización académica, administrativa y fiscal y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Provisionalmente los Consejos Directivos de los Institutos Politécnicos de Sucre y Cundinamarca serán integrados así:

a)

Por el Ministro de Educación o su delegado.

b)

Por los Gobernadores de Sucre y Cundinamarca, respectivamente o sus delegados.

c)

Por los Obispos de las Diócesis de Sincelejo y Bogotá, o sus delegados, respectivamente.

d)

Por un representante de los gremios económicos con sede en los Departamentos de Sucre y Cundinamarca.

e)

Por un representante de los gremios profesionales, con sede en las ciudades de Sincelejo y Choachí, respectivamente.

Parágrafo

El Consejo así integrado tendrá como función primordial dictar sus estatutos y reglamentos y promover su funcionamiento.
