ARTICULO 87 . Quienes hayan obtenido una Licencia de Navegación Colombiana con anterioridad al 27 de abril de 1984 dicha licencia será válida para desempeñar su cargo a bordo y podrán ascender dentro de la misma sección del buque, bajo las normas de la Reglamentación previa Nacional, con excepción de las licencias correspondientes a Capitanes y Oficiales de Puente de 1º Clase Categorías "A" y "B" y timoneles y tripulantes de buque tanque, para obtener las cuales, deberán satisfacer las prescripciones del Convenio y demás requisitos establecidos en este Decreto.
