º El SENA reconocerá y pagará mensualmente a sus empleados públicos de tiempo completo un subsidio de alimentación, en cuantía equivalente a mil pesos ($ 1.000), con excepción de quienes devenguen gastos de representación. No se tendrá derecho a este subsidio cuando el funcionario se encuentre en disfrute de vacaciones o en uso de licencia superior a quince (15) días.
