Reserva de segunda clase de Suboficiales del Ejército. La reserva de segunda clase de Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares está constituida por los colombianos mayores de dieciocho (18) años que se encuentren en condiciones físicas y técnicas para desempeñar cualquier cargo de categoría de suboficial de la Institución Militar, siempre que no hayan sobrepasado la edad máxima establecida por ley para los servidores públicos.
