Con el objeto de facilitar la prestación de los servicios en todo el territorio nacional, el SENA contará con Regionales según disponga la estructura orgánica de la entidad, racionalizando los esfuerzos para la prestación del servicio y atendiendo a criterios de unidades regionales geográficas, sociales, económicas y culturales.

Parágrafo

En ningún caso podrán crearse regionales cuyos ingresos proyectados sean inferiores al 1% del total de los ingresos ordinarios de la entidad. Se entiende por ingresos ordinarios los provenientes de los aportes previstos en el numeral 4º del artículo 30 de la presente Ley.
