Artículo cuarto. El Ministro de Industrias y Trabajo inspeccionará mensualmente los trabajos de la Comisión, mediante una visita a las respectivas oficinas, de la cual se dejará una acta que será firmada por el Ministro y el Presidente y Secretario de la Comisión.
