Las pensiones de que trata el artículo 1°. de esta Ley, no podrán ser inferiores, en ningún caso, a $ 120.00 mensuales. Las que resulten inferiores a esa suma después del aumento correspondiente, se elevarán a dicha cantidad. Esta cuantía mínima se aplicará igualmente a las que se causen con posterioridad a la sanción de la presente Ley.

Los reajustes previstos en el artículo 1°. no podrán elevar el nivel de ninguna pensión a un valor superior a mil trescientos setenta y cinco pesos ($ 1.375.00) mensuales. Las pensiones que al entrar en vigencia esta Ley, excedan de esa cuantía, no se modificarán.
