° Cuando de conformidad con la norma contenida en el artículo anterior, el número de estudiantes por determinado Departamento excediere del número de plazas de Jueces Municipales por proveer, el Ministerio de Justicia deberá incluirlos, previo sorteo en las listas correspondientes a Departamentos vecinos para la respectiva elección.
