De las medidas contra incendio. Cuando se almacenen productos que contengan sustancias inflamables, bajo responsabilidad del empresario deberán disponer de los equipos y elementos contra incendio y avisar por escrito al cuerpo de bomberos de la localidad o al organismo o autoridad competente respectivo, sobre su existencia, con el fin de que éstos tomen las medidas necesarias para prevenir el riesgo.
