Articulo 1 º . Aprobar el Acuerdo número 005 de diciembre 13 de 1994 expedido por la Junta Directiva del Fondo de Bienestar Social de la Contraloría General de la República, adoptado por el Contralor General de la República mediante Resolución número 10432 de diciembre 19 de 1994, que se transcribe: ACUERDO NUMERO 005 DE 1994 (diciembre 13) por el cual se determina la estructura interna del Fondo de Bienestar Social de la Contraloría General de la República. La Junta Directiva del Fondo de Bienestar Social de la Contraloría General de la República, en uso de las facultades que le confieren los artículos 99 y 100 de la Ley 106 de 1993, ACUERDA:
