Trasnporte aéreo. Las empresas de transporte aéreo comercial podrán realizar, sin limitaciones de número de vuelos, servicios de transporte internacional no regular en los aeropuertos que sirvan a las Zonas Francas Turísticas, siempre que se cumplan los requisitos necesarios para llevar a cabo la operación.

Parágrafo 1

Previa solicitud del usuario operador de la Zona Franca, la Aeronáutica Civil determinará el o los aeropuertos que sirvan a cada Zona Franca.

Parágrafo 2

Corresponde a la autoridad aeronáutica verificar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de operación de los vuelos no regulares objeto del presente artículo.
