El Administrador Ecónomo del Instituto Nacional de Rádium podrá contratar directamente la adquisición de drogas, productos biológicos, materiales y demás elementos que el Instituto requiera para su funcionamiento. Estos actos quedaran sometidos únicamente a la aprobación del Director y a la revisión de la Contraloría General de la Republica, en la parte que se relaciona con la fiscalización de cuentas.
